XBOX for all start date

I purchased a xbox with the xbox for all promotion. There was some sort of glitch with the billing and now I do not see my original start date for the promotion. I know I purchased my xbox 4/3/2013 but this does not seem to be reflected in my subscriptions
or anywhere I can look online in my account. The reason I ask is that I am thinking about cancelling my subscription and I know there would be a penalty but if the original start date is not found what is my recourse on that? is there a place to check my start
date for the promotion?

gold family membership

Hello,

That's not how it actually works. When you start your Xbox LIVE Gold Family Pack it starts the subscription for each of those accounts you add on the same date (regardless of when you add them). Every account has that same start and end date for Xbox LIVE.

For example: Let's say I started my account on the Gold Family Pack on 10/28/2012, I decided to add a family member on 12/28/2012. The expiration date of the whole gold family pack is still going to be the start date which would be 10/28/2013 (1 full year after
the gold family pack has been started). So regardless of if you add all the accounts or not, the date of expiration does not change. If I decided to add another account on 8/28/2013, then that account would still have that 10/28/2013 expiration date.

according the the cancellation steps for the entertainment for all plan you should see the cost for cancelling on the confirmation page (so just before you agree to cancel it).

I have contacted the store/shop who sold the item. They have asked me to check on here one more time if anyone can tell me that it was definitely sold to someone before me. If anyone on here could confirm that based on the screenshots and the reply above,

Thanks for coming to the forums. With what you posted it is very possible someone bought this console before you. There are two reasons:

The warranty started 11 months before your purchase.
There is an extended warranty purchased through Microsoft, called Microsoft complete that is why there is three years.

The warranty for an Xbox console is one year. So in this instance you have got a console with extra warranty that the person forgot about when they returned the console. Personally, in this instance I would not worry about it as you have extra warranty on
the console.

Hello Rossmfh76,

The warranty of a console starts as soon as the console is scanned and purchased at a retailer. Since the warranty activation date of that Xbox is off, the only reason left on the table is that the console was sold, returned and then purchased again by you.

If you still have the receipt or proof of purchase, I recommend
contacting a live agent to go over any possible options we may have.
