Xbox followers still not removed after blocking?

So, I cleared my friends list of people I don’t play with anymore by going through everyone and blocking then unblocking them so they were forced to unfollow me. It worked with most of my followers however there’s still 3 people that won’t budge from
my followers list.

It’s been weeks since I did this so it’s not because of the delay xbox has on EVERYTHING, I imagine its just a glitch of sorts as I’ve tried blocking and unblocking the 3 of them several times over, both through the app and my console, but does anyone
know how to fix this?

I’m certain they aren’t actually following me anymore because I’m no longer in their friends’ lists but they’re still showing up on mine. It’s just frustrating how a company as big as microsoft still has so many glitches across every one of its platforms
and yet when they release a update we wait hours for it to install just so we can have a different notification sound

I can take a few days for them to be completely gone from your follow list.

Last time I did it, it taken around 5 days

I've also added the player and then blocked but still no luck

As for your follower issue, this thread is quite old. We will need some more information in order to look into this. Can you send me a private message with
the exact time (including your time zone) that you last blocked these users, and their gamertags, please? You can send me a private message by clicking the envelope at the bottom of my post.

If you are unsure the last time you blocked them, please unblock these users and block them again for me. We'll be able to handle it further in private messages. Thanks for understanding!

Yep same problem here have called support many times only to be given same old run around turn this off,remove this,reset, that,Have 3 people who are on my followers list and at same time my blocked list ??? also recently a blocked players online status
pops up saying he is online when he is not on any list but blocked list.Also more recently in followers it would start showing the games I own in followers as I'm following which I never do or have done I unfollow the games and day or 2 later there back again
