Xbox followers not removing after block

Could anybody help please ?

I've also added the player and then blocked but still no luck

As for your follower issue, this thread is quite old. We will need some more information in order to look into this. Can you send me a private message with
the exact time (including your time zone) that you last blocked these users, and their gamertags, please? You can send me a private message by clicking the envelope at the bottom of my post.

If you are unsure the last time you blocked them, please unblock these users and block them again for me. We'll be able to handle it further in private messages. Thanks for understanding!

Yep same problem here have called support many times only to be given same old run around turn this off,remove this,reset, that,Have 3 people who are on my followers list and at same time my blocked list ??? also recently a blocked players online status
pops up saying he is online when he is not on any list but blocked list.Also more recently in followers it would start showing the games I own in followers as I'm following which I never do or have done I unfollow the games and day or 2 later there back again
