Xbox Followers Glitch, Help Please.

Hi everyone. So I've had trouble with this first a while now. Long story short my Xbox follower count on my profile is stuck at 2000. I stream on Mixer frequently so it's nice to keep track of my followers. I've had 2000 for a while now. People add me as
a friend, but the count stays at 2000. It will not go over. If I block a follower it goes down to 1999, but never over 2000. This is a glitch that I'm seeing other people on the forums post about. Was wondering if anyone has found a solution to this? Thanks

(I've tried power cycling and re downloading the account. Nothing worked)

I have not come across this glitch before but might be worth also reaching out on the Xbox Insiders Reddit
page. It is here that people can make suggestions, put forward ideas and report bugs/glitches to help improve the Xbox experience.

I went out to Riverwood to see if I could get Faendal to follow me and he said the same thing my housecarls tell me - that I already have someone.

Turns out it’s a glitch that’s happened in the past that causes users to get stuck at 2,000 followers. It’s been a year and it’s still an issue?

1. Which edition of Forza Horizon 3 are you using?

2. Are you using an Xbox One console or Windows 10 computer?

3. Have you made any changes to your device before encountering this issue?

4. Have you tried playing other games and check if the same thing occurs?
