    XBOX Fitness


    I had a problem with my payment card for Xbox Gold. Once that was corrected I attempted to use the Fitness app and found that my session challenges had been reset to zero and my stamp card went from Fitness Ace card 50 to Healthy Start. I have completed
    a few hundred session challenges. In addition on my stats is shows that I have completed 96% of my stamp cards to reach Fitness Monster level. It is also still showing that I have completed the session challenges. I am upset that all of my progress has been
    lost. In addition since I have already completed the session challenges I can not earn those stamps again. It took me 7 months to complete all those challenges and cards. It's not right. I have contact support and done the steps to hopefully correct the issue
    and it didnt work. I was told to post in here and get help. Please help. I only bought this system for yhe fitness app. I do not want to start over.
