xbox fitness wont load

Xbox fitness doesnt work for me it just wont load up

Sorry to hear it. Try these steps, they worked for me.

1. Head to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray

2. Click on Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

3. Hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down

That should solve the issue for you.

Strange I am also having problems with Xbox Fitness but I am not getting any errors.

Xbox Fitness starts up fine and plays the intro video fine. The problem is when it goes to the xbox fitness home screen it just sits there with the loading dots going in a circle. It never loads the workout library. I can't delete the cloud data because
it is stuck loading.

Anyone have this problem?

Have you tried to power cycle your console? This helps with all manner of issues, so is worth a shot

To power cycle, simply have the xbox on and sitting at the dashboard. Then from there, hold down the power button on the front of the console for 10seconds until it switches off. Then just leave it off for a minute or two, before turning it back on and trying
again

Are you downloading anything in the background, as it did the same once with me last night. In fact the Xbox One has done that with Dead Rising once too. But retrying again loaded the game/fitness.

Fitness is my fav bit, lover that 21min free kick boxing workout!
