Xbox fitness won't load ???

I can't get it to load at all either. I tried Library and Gillian (the main splash for me) and it kicks to the dashboard. I went to set up a profile and my machine turned off! lol I'd really like to give this a try, but feeling like it's probably not even
worth it.

 

Is there no solution to this problem? it cant be the my internet connection because i can play titanfall just fine.

 

I have read elsewhere some people go past the 'don't over exert' screen by pushing buttons on their controller. In another case someone waited for 20 minutes to get past this screen. Not sure if that fixes it for next time, if it doesn't waiting 20 minutes
each time is obviously useless .

Didn't have any issues with the warning screens myself, they are displayed for some time as you expect fro health warnings, but it usually seems like about 10 seconds.

 

Had the same issue tonight. Uninstall and reinstall, same issue persisted. I let it sit on the screen for about 5 minutes, now it works. Guessing it needed to load configs, etc more than it had in the past.

 

I have got around this by selecting a different profile and then starting up the Fitness app. Once it starts, you can go into the top right (Fitness Profile) settings and switch profiles. When I did that, it seemed to clear whatever was stalling it and I
could exit and then come straight back into the app again without the never-ending pause.

 

Hi im still having this issue where it stays on the black screen (don't overexert yourself). I need it to move past this screen onto the xbox fitness menu so i can do workouts.

 

Have you tried letting it sit on that screen for a really long time? I know it doesn't sound too helpful, but when I had these issues it was the only thing that fixed it. In my case it could take close to 40 minutes to get past that screen. But once it was
past the intro screens everything was fine and the game would continue to start normally the times after that.

Start Xbox Fitness when you don't need the Xbox for a while, just let it sit on the warning screen for about an hour. If you come back and you find yourself back on the Xbox dashboard, launch Xbox Fitness again and repeat the process. Sometimes the game
crashes while loading (dashbaording), but after 1 or 2 retries it will load... Eventually.

I never figured out what is causing this issue, support didn't seem to know either. But I know long waiting is what fixed it for me and eventually I never encountered it anymore.

 

I had this issue also, the only way I could find around it was to hard-boot the XBox One.

Hold down the power button for 10 seconds.

Remove power cable for 30 seconds.

Plug everything back in.

Boot-up XBox Fitness.

or

Turn on Power save mode and reboot.

After a few workouts I was able to turn off Powersave mode and everything worked well again. I would be sure to quit the game after I was done working out to ensure it was shutdown properly. Everything has been working out okay since that.

 

I'm so done with this, i can't use the service cuz an error keeps occuring. Xbox fitness service not available right now, please try again later: Error Code 1000.

Been using the customer service trying everything and it keeps sending me that error.

 

I get that one, sometimes 10-15 times in a 40 minute workout - very frustrating.

 

Error Code 1000 and other issues with streaming being interrupted are a different issue than Xbox Fitness not loading. Insufficient capacity fort streaming on peak times is more suited for the streaming issues than this topic.
