Xbox fitness won't load ???

I have been playing this game for a couple of weeks now , not had a problem untill today when it won't load , it's getting stuck on the black screen with don't over exert yourself , but i see other people are having trouble with this game today aswell :/
i just hope if or when i do get to play it , i haven't had my stamp cards reset was wondering if anyone else was having the same problem as me ??

Xbox Fitness - Internet Connection Error

My xbox one has updated and now xbox fitness won't load just keeps returning me to the home screen I know it's a new console but seems like there's alot of issues to solve

Xbox fitness doesnt work for me it just wont load up

 

Same thing with me. Just gets to the Dont exert yourself screen and freezes. Was working fine until it was updated yesterday.

 

Getting stuck on this screen too. Is it related to the April Beta System Update?

I can't get access to the beta forums (another issue) despite being on the beta testing program.

Been like this for two days. Really missing out my Insanity workouts!

 

I have no idea if it's related , but it seems that way as i didn't have a problem till yesterday i'm missing my workouts tooo , this app makes exercising so much more fun

 

...and on the third day it rose again!

Tried it again today and was prompted for a download. All working again. So happy!

 

Same here, its back, even if it restarted working right before the update (yesterday). The latest update fixed two issues for me :

- Fitness does not freeze anymore when going back to the main page after a workout.

- I got back all my badges cards (they were there but was stuck on the first one anyway).

Looks like they improved performance as well. A changelog would have been great...

 

For me, even after update of today, app load but after the main screen appear, before I select any workout, it crashes to home.

 

??? it was working fine for me yesterday but this morning my kinect keeps playing up , every 10-20 seconds it comes up it's not plugged in it seems to only be happening on fitness , but yesterday i had a few issues with it not turning on at all , i don't
think it's my kinect though i think it's a software issue , you'd think they could release the xbox 1 up to the 360s' standards at least :/

 

Similar issues with me. Tried Xbox Fitness for the first time today, and it would always crash at the game's home screen. Then afterwards, none of my other games would launch. One time it started a reset cycle on the Kinect where it would shut off and
turn back on every several seconds. A hard reset would fix it every time, but Xbox Fitness reliably crashed itself and every other game on my console every time. Have tried deleting and reinstalling the app, but it doesn't fix the issues. Will NOT be launching
this app again unless these issues are fixed.

 

Same problems here, I will start in the beginning, app goes to the green start screen then back to dash,, hard reset sorted that and now get as far the don't exert yourself screen,,, as from here one of 3 things happen!, 1. It freezes, atwhich point,going
back to dash and pressing the menu button ,then manually closing the app helps, 2, it gets to the exert yourself screen and goes into a loop closing down my kinect and restarting it, back to a hard reset to sort this,,

3. It just stalls at the exert yourself screen and after a few restarts it eventually starts, usually after the "sync" screen comes up,, does support go through these?

 

I seem to be having the same problem keeps crashing at the start screen won't load been doing this for a few days now so frustrating

 

Same for me. Stuck on the do not exert your self. Tried uninstalling and installing and did not work. Keep try and my kenect went crazy. Xbox saying kenect is disconnected and then it reconnects. This is getting annoying.

Nothing but glitch after glitch on xbox one. Thinking about getting a ps4 soon.

 

I'm having this issue again. I get kicked out right after a lengthy "Don't exert yourself" screen. Full power down and restart of the console does nothing.
