Xbox Fitness Won't load

Xbox team posted on their web site that they are aware of the problem and working on it. By the way same problem with me and all of our family members.

Looks like it started working again for no obvious reason this morning. Glad I was able to do my workout without any issue (ok, disappeared once while on the floor, but it didn't last really long).

One big issue: since I removed my profile for testing purpose, Fitness seems to consider I'm a level 1 user, while I used to be 7 or 8. I did not earn any new badges so I dont know if it will jump to the right card once I do, but as of now it's stuck on
the first one (while full).

Does it work again for you as well?

 

Here's the kicker. I have the same problem with Xbox One fitness, the splash screen with the dots and then nothing. I called support not about fitness but about my lost gold subscription. So they gave me a new code so I got back my gold subscription and
somehow made Fitness work again. So I was able to do my workout that day. The next day the console said Fitness needs to update so I did and it stopped working again after the update. I gave up. I called support again and they offered me that for $14.95 they'll
send me a new console in 3 days but I have to send back my first console else they'll charge me 500 bucks if they don't get it in 14 days. All shipping is on MS via UPS. I got the console in 2 days, (yey! I'm excited to get back to my Mossa workouts) I set
it up and voila! STILL THE SAME PROBLEM

COMMON MS, SURE YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN THIS!!!

 

I think the app isn't activate yet because it doesn't seem to be working for anyone

 

Before I kept getting kicked to the home screen 15 sec after the game started. Now it just kicks to the home screen from the green loading screen. Tried hard resets, network resets, uninstall. Nothing works. Very disappointing.

 

I had the exact same problems.

Xbox Fitness wouldn't load. However, within 10 seconds. It would kick me out to the home screen.

As of April 15th. It is now working.

I did not on that date to make this work. It simply loaded and worked.

 

I cannot load Xbox Fitness. Stuck on green screen. What is the fix?

 

I was having this problem also and realized no one was logged in to the console. I logged in and tried again and it came right up! Not sure if that is the reason for anyone else?

 

Im having the exact same issue every time i try to use this app it hangs and never starts -.-

 

I'm having the same issue. It either keeps loading and loading, or it freezes on the loading screen. I have uninstalled/reinstalled it twice, and have unplugged the Xbox multiple times. I have purchased workouts that I can't even use now, and that I'd have
to repay for if I watched it on YouTube. If the app is never going to work and there is no solution, then I hope they give me my money back!
