Xbox Fitness Won't load

anyone know who to talk to to get the INSANITY challenge extended because of this?

Xbox Fitness - Internet Connection Error

My xbox one has updated and now xbox fitness won't load just keeps returning me to the home screen I know it's a new console but seems like there's alot of issues to solve

Xbox fitness doesnt work for me it just wont load up

 

same here went to contact support and see this alert now:

"Xbox FitnessLimited

Are you having trouble accessing the Xbox Fitness application? We want you to know we are aware of the issue and are hard at work to find a fix. We hope to have you back and running soon! Thank you for your patience in the meantime."

The same problem in Russia (on US accaunt). Please solve it!

 

As you can see since this OP by me was over a month ago and still no solution nor an answer from the MS support on twitter or here the "We hope to have you back and running soon" part of it doesn't seem to be high on their priority list. Especially not the
SOON part of it.

 

Looks like it back up and running for me. Gave me the "invalid configuration file" last night and this morning but back to normal.

 

Guess what? Still not working for me! CDN Error: Resource Not Found!!

CAN ANYONE AT MS FIX THIS PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEE!

Twitter support are useless as are the call centre / online support. THIS IS A BUG AND NEEDS TO BE FIXED NOW!!!! SO PEEVED OFF!!!

 

I have been having the same problems, Xbox Fitness hasn't worked at all for a few days.

I found a fix that worked for me:

I unplugged my Xbox One from the wall, waited 15 seconds, plugged it back in. Xbox Fitness worked for my next session without a problem.

 

it seems to be a WIFI monster. It relies on streaming video. If we do get it working I can bet on a router reset soon. Can never get 2 x1 to run fitness or even netflix at same time. We can run 5 360 on same network.

 

I had the same issue with the invalid server configuration and followed UltraViolence's suggestion and unplugged the Xbox One from the wall, waited 15 seconds and Xbox Fitness fired right up. Hope it works for others.

 

I'm getting the "Server Error: Invalid Configuration File" as well.

 

Same error on my end. I've tried the 15 second unplug. I will try it for a bit longer.

 

Tried disconnecting kinect and the power cord to no success.

This however worked. Reset the xbox to default... so all game installs need to be installed again. The good thing is that i can do the xbox fitness again. Im Mover 2 now and back to healthy start 01 arrggghhh... so continue with caution.. its just that i
drank my pre workout already and made hasty decisions.

Just find out soon as uploading all my game achievemnts are saved and im still mover 2(06). Success all up. Just in time for the preworkout drink.
