XBox Fitness won't launch

My issue is that I go to launch it and it loads the green screen and then goes back to the home page- there is no error message, I do not have any usb type games set up, have reset the console, and reinstalled xbox fitness to no avail. On a side note, Netflix
does the same thing, but does have a message that says "sorry that didn't work" Any suggestions?

Same, stuck at the don't overexert yourself screen.

Didn't have this problem when I first used Xbox Fitness in 2013 and 2014, but now in 2015 this error is...

I was typing this waiting for it to load and it just did. LOL

Big Brother Microsoft was watching[/quote]Been my experience too when I had this issue in the past. The way to get rid of waiting for the warning/loading screen is wait a really long time. Eventually Xbox Fitness will start. In some situations it
can take 45 minutes or more. But the good news is, once you get past that the game will start normally the next time.

I used to have this issue regularly, but eventually it just fixed itself. Haven't have it happen for over half a year. There is hope .

I can´t play because it cant install an update.

How do you solve it ? I have tried to reset the Xbox One , holding the powerbutton for 5 seconds. Removed the powerchord for 30 seconds , then rebooted.

I followed Deadmeat's suggestion to load the game in another profile and then switch to mine and it worked.

Apparently that solved the problem only temporarily, again I am back to square one, support asked me to delete the user profile and log back in, clear the blu ray cache, clear secondary mac address. This did not solve the problem yet

, how to escalate
the support issue. I have bought other programs for xbox fitness, this is pretty bad.

Thanks for posting that info. Power cycling the console is basic troubleshooting for most issues. I'll file that info for future reference.

I've literally just suffered a similar issue.

Launched Xbox Fitness and it asked for me to plug in the Kinect, even though it already was, for literally 4-5 seconds before launching the Xbox Fitness screen. After that, Kinect would not respond.

Used the controller to browse programs and tried to launch one, then the machine froze.

It now will not respond to Kinect or the controller.

The wife is doing a workout (which is why we were launching fitness), so I'm leaving it for a while to see if it works after some downtime.

Not good either way.

I was able to start up Xbox Fitness under a different profile then switch to my profile within Xbox Fitness. I then shut it down and was able to launch it under my profile.

Today when I launched Xbox Fitness there was an update for the game. The P90X for Xbox Fitness workouts now appear in my library under Workout Programs.

Didn't buy them yet, but definitely will soon.
