xbox fitness will not load

After a recent update, xbox fitness will not load. I have tried re-install without success. What other options are there>

Xbox Fitness won't load

I try and launch Xbox Fitness, and it doesn't load. I get the green screen with the dots, then the warning screen stating not to overexert myself... and that's it. It stays stuck there on that warning. The Fitness app doesn't actually load. This happens
intermittently, but more often than not. Has anyone else experienced this?

Hey mate,

Have you tried to power cycle your console? This helps with all manner of issues, so is worth a shot

To power cycle, simply have the xbox on and sitting at the dashboard. Then from there, hold down the power button on the front of the console for 10seconds until it switches off. Then just leave it off for a minute or two, before turning it back on and trying
again

Strange I am also having problems with Xbox Fitness but I am not getting any errors.

Xbox Fitness starts up fine and plays the intro video fine. The problem is when it goes to the xbox fitness home screen it just sits there with the loading dots going in a circle. It never loads the workout library. I can't delete the cloud data because
it is stuck loading.

Anyone have this problem?

Are you downloading anything in the background, as it did the same once with me last night. In fact the Xbox One has done that with Dead Rising once too. But retrying again loaded the game/fitness.

Fitness is my fav bit, lover that 21min free kick boxing workout!

When i first set the box up i had tagged everything i could find to download, which is why i though it may have corrupted itself somehow, but i did delete it and re-download it with no success... shame as i'm desperate to give it a go. Might try to redownload
again when i get home tonight!

In my case, when I launch Xbox fitness it just goes to the green screen with "Xbox fitness" on it and the little green loading dots then it goes right back to the home screen without loading fully. It's been a while now and no solution yet from MS???
