Xbox Fitness updated--lost all my progress

My Level also reset to Mover 1. Is Xbox planning on fixing gamer's levels once they have "fixed" whatever is broken? Just got kicked out of a workout in the middle of it again today as well. This is very frustrating.

 

Are all developers on this game suck?? Do you know there should be testing before any update/release?? What's wrong with your team!! Give my card back!!!!

 

Same problem here. Progress reset to the first card, had to reenter all my stats, get booted out in the first 2 minutes of a workout.

 

with the new update the progress are ok, but now when I open xbox fitness, the app crashes after few seconds and bring me at the home page

we need a new patch immediatly.

 

It's all working now. I was prompted to download another update and my progress was back on the 5th card, as it was before.

lost all my stamp cards 30 + in nov/dec 15. Will take me 3+ years to get back to that level.

Support couldnt resolve - did anyone get their cards back?

 

This initial issue was the worst occurrence where it took them some time to fix the issue. Since then, it's probably happened 2 or 3 times when I log in that I'm reset to card 1. When I see that I immediately exit, quit the application, and relaunch it,
which has always fixed it for me.

Sounds like what you've got going on is something else, something bigger. That sucks, if I lost my 60 cards, I'd be *** because I don't think there's any way I could get back to that level having completed so many of the challenges now.

 

I lost mine too. I have a post here... but have not had a resolution yet. I'm in the same boat as you, Lairyboy. I've completed so many of the challenges now... that I can't possibly even get back to my old score as there aren't enough challenges available.

I did try to do the immediate shut down and restart of the console when I noticed my score got reset. That has worked once or twice. Support also had me delete and re-download my profile. Unfortunately, neither solution resolved the issue for me.
