Xbox Fitness Tai Chi for Beginners keeps freezing in the middle of workouts

Hi Bohnert! Have you, by any chance, done a hard reset lately? Usually when an app starts chugging a bit like this, it's a memory cache issue, and is most often solved with a hard reset.

To do this, just hold the power sensor on the Xbox for 8-10 seconds, then let go until the light on the power brick turns solid orange. At that point, it should be safe to power back on!

Tai Chi workouts? I'm all over that. Its a very relaxing method.

looks like a pretty good line up, not going to lie though, think i'm most excited for the Tai Chi workout, hope they don't take too long releasing this content to the rest of the world.

Actually a low impact workout, like Tai Chi - or something, for us old guys might be nice. I've got an arthritic condition and bouncin' an' boppin' to da hits just doesnt cut it....ya know?

I highly recommend Your Shape Fitness 2012. It has workout programs and even classes like tai chi, zumba and yoga. This is not a girly workout game though. It ranges from stretches to hour long Pro Sports level workouts. They kicked my butt and this was
after I had finished p90x. (I would say this would be a cheaper and better option then buying P90x. You can get the same results for cheaper if you already have a kinect and xbox. It is also less repetitive and more customizable)

But there are some times where the Kinect will not notice you or recognize the move you are performing. It is fine because most routines just keep going but you get a lower score.
