    Xbox Fitness Score is gone


    Early last week I went to do an XBox Fitness workout on my XBox one. When I logged in it prompted me for all of my information like it was a new account and all of my fitness points are gone. This is very frustrating, as I have made it through over 50 of
    the stamp cards now... but for some reason this information is now gone. I still have all of my fitness achievements in the individual workouts.

    Is there any way to get my score back? This happened once before early last year, but the issue seemed to be resolved on its own by an update. Other gamer accounts on my console still have their scores. It is only mine that appears to have been lost/reset.

    I posted to this forum previously... but XBox Support has asked me to post to this forum as well.

    Unlocked Achievement not added to gamerscore

    Going into today I had 125,915 gamerscore. I used Xbox fitness tonight and unlocked at 25G achievement (Home Fitness Improvement) yet my score is still at 125,915. The achievement shows as unlocked in the achievements app.

    Not sure if it is going to get answered in either location; however Xbox Support directed me to post this question under the XBox Apps forum here. Contacting Support directly just resulted in guidance on the best forum to post the question to.

    I'd check both this post and the other one to see if there is any resolutions.

    OXENFREE has a phenomenal score. I'm usually not into that kind of music, but it fits the theme of the game perfectly.

    You would need to check http://enforcement.xbox.com yo see if you've bn given a gamerscore reset.
