Xbox Fitness Retirement Credit

Xbox Fitness was discontinued on June 27, 2016 and in order to be eligible for refunds, purchases had to have been made before that date. Unfortunately you did not
meet the qualifications as you purchased the content digitally via a third party after the discontinuation date. If you would like to get a refund for this content, you would need to reach out to Newegg for further information.

The credit should have been deposited in June. You can check previous Rewards deposits via
account.microsoft.com. Be sure to check your account around the beginning of the month. Let us know how it goes

The promotional credit for the conversion from points to local currency does expire. See the faq at

I am a retired NFL player that runs a foundation that focuses on fitness. We wanted to make a XBOX fitness a huge part of our initiative. There is NO kid that I introduced this to that wasn't excited about working out with sports stars and celebrity trainers
that train their favorite movie stars and musicians. I hope Microsoft figures out away to keep this going and get it in the homes and community centers around the country that need it.
