Hi I'm from Mexico I can fix the problem, I don't know if its a fix for all but it worked for me, I tried all the option that all posted, but nothing worked, this is what I did:

I just put a STATIC IP to my XBOX ONE and then I just did a "port forwarding" on several ports on my internet modem, in my case CABLEVISION with a HITRON modem, you can see the network ports used by Xbox Live here support.xbox.com/.../network-ports-used-xbox-live.

    Port 88 (UDP)

    Port 3074 (UDP y TCP)

    Port 53 (UDP y TCP)

    Port 80 (TCP)

    Port 500 (UDP)

    Port 3544 (UDP)

    Port 4500 (UDP)

I just did it and it worked. I hope it can help. If you dont know how to do a "port forwarding" you can visit this web page.
Setup a port forward in your router to allow incoming connections for multiplayer games, VOIP, DVR, and security cameras.

  8. Xbox Fitness Refuses to start

I've been using Xbox Fitness regularly for at least 6 months. Other than a little lag (due to wifi) it's been great. Starting yesterday, I have not been able to get the app to launch. Like others on this thread, the app starts, displays the warning screen,
goes to the green screen and just spins while music is playing. Tried the remedies suggested with no luck so far. This is unacceptable for a paid service!

  9. Problem solved! After 3 sessions with Support and trying every possible remedy, they had me create a new account and it worked immediately. I was then able to switch back to my old account and everything works fine.

These steps helped me in the past, it takes a bit of time but you won't lose any save data or progress, so it if worth a try:

    • Do a hard reboot by holding down the power button on your Xbox for a few seconds.
    • Turn it back on.
    • Go to Settings -> Disc & Blu-ray -> Persistent storage and
      Clear persistent storage.

(I doubt this step actually does anything to help Xbox Fitness, but a lot of people mention doing this and it won't hurt either)
    • Go to My games and apps.
    • Find Xbox Fitness and press Start (the hamburger menu button middle-right on your controller), and go to
      Manage game.
    • Scroll all the way to the right to Saved data.
    • Select any save data by pressing A, and choose Delete from console. Don't choose Delete everywhere, or it will be gone forever.
    • Delete any Reserved space the same way.
    • Now scroll all the way back to the left and press A on the dropdown menu which says
Internal - Manage all. Choose Uninstall all.
    • Confirm your action and wait until everything finishes uninstalling.
    • Once everything is uninstalled, press the button saying Ready to install - Install all.
    • Confirm your action. The games any any addons you might have will be queued to download. It may take a while to download, just wait.
    • Once everything is done installing, launch Xbox Fitness
    • Your save game will be downloaded from the cloud the first time you launch the game.
If the game still appears to hang during startup, give it time! A lot of time.
Like 2 hours if you must. I know how stupid this sounds, but I used to have similar problems and just waiting a very long time did make the game load eventually. The good news is,
when it finally loads once it will start fine after that, even if you reboot the Xbox.
If you the game "crashes' you back to the dashboard, start it again and give it time. In some situations it throws you back to the dashboard 2 or 3 times before it finally loads. Obviously all of this is not supposed to happen, but my experience
is going through this until the game does load will make the problem go away.

Another thing that may fix Xbox Fitness startup issues I've heard from someone is deleting your profile and any other profiles from your Xbox and adding them back one by one. I never tried this, but I know it worked for at least one person where the other
    steps above didn't fix it.

[/quote]Just noticed your post. This seems to confirm the last part of my previous post. But this solution is a bit simpler than deleting your current profile, worth a try for those who have the problem.

  14. I had this problem a few months back and like the two previous posters said, switching to another user account cleared the issue - I think I say this in another thread somewhere in this forum.

My wife had a dormant account so I didn't have to set up a new account - I just logged in as her, started up Fitness, let it load all the way up and then switched to my account. After I finished and came back out to the XBox Home, I had no further problems.
