Xbox fitness refund

I received an Xbox live message saying I recieved a refund for my xbox fitness purchases but have nothing in my account.

it also looks like I received my project spark refund but I was also not notified about that. I did make purchases in not spark and fitness. The refund i received does not equal out to what I paid for both, or even the Xbox fitness purchases.

If you received a refund (weird I never got any MSG of discontinuationn? It would go to your payment option on file and then it would go to your bank which takes up to 90days after it is issues to your bank depending on where you are in the world

International transactions can take 90days vs us or Canada less then 1-2 weeks

 

The message I received is this (copy and pasted)

Xbox Fitness will be closing on 7/1/2017. Because you made purchases, we have deposited a credit into your account. This credit will expire on 12/31/21. Please visit account.microsoft.com to see your account balances.

View this message on your console.

 

So no the refund would not goto my bank and that is not what is stated.

 

I see it now inguess because I never bought videos I don't get a credit it's fine

I am having this same confusion. I did buy some items off the Xbox fitness store, and got a second email saying my credits expiration were extended until 12/17. But the microsoft account transactions list doesn't show any refund or pending refund, and my
balance hasn't changed. I'm going to assume it may take a couple days to show up.

 

The credits were actually supposed to go out about 30-60 days after May 13. So double check your refunds round June. For some reason the emails went out later, but in most cases the funds had already been deposited for a while.
