    Stumbled upon a reddit string today, that someone was part of an Xbox Fitness Preview Program.

    Here is the reddit post A gift package showed up today • r/XboxFitness

    Was curious if this is true, or was someone just telling a lie.

    P90X, Insanity, and more coming to Xbox Fitness

    Microsoft announced today that several fitness programs, including P90X and Insanity among others, is coming to Xbox One under the Xbox Fitness program. These programs will utilize the new Kinect features to monitor your heart and pulse rates, and to improve
    your exercise form in order to maximize your workout. Xbox Fitness will be included with all Xbox Live Gold Memberships through December 2014.

    Does this new program make you more excited for the new Kinect?

    If I buy the insanity DVDs will that work with Xbox Fitness or do you really only get 1 workout?

    If you are talking the individual DVD programs from the store then they will not work with Xbox Fitness. If you are talking about purchasing the program within Xbox Fitness then you will get what is in the description. If they offer it as a package you'll
    get the package. If it is individual programs then only the one program will be purchased.

    Hello, you may be getting constant console updates because you are part of a Preview Program, if you wish to change this you can go the Xbox Insider App on your Xbox and go to: Previews > Xbox Update Preview > Manage. You can change to a preview that would
    fit more to your liking or unenroll from a preview completely if this is the case, hope this helps!

    I signed up for the preview program more than 6 months ago.

    All I get when I open the Preview Dashboard app is the following message:

    Thanks for joining!

    You'll get a service message on your

    Xbox One soon with more info.

    I never got any service message and 6+ months doesn't fit my definition of "soon".
