Xbox Fitness Not Working

i can not get Xbix fitness to work. There is an update that needs to download and an error keeps popping up. I tested my connection and everything works find. Any help?

My Xbox Fitness app is also not working. It was working great, and now the videos wont stream

After the last update, there were again stream breaking ups. sometimes so bad, that only disconnecting from the Network helped.

Today Xbox Fitness doesn't work at all - no streams are coming.

Until now I was really convinced of the Microsoft Support, but now... I am not so sure anymore.

Sorry to hear it. Can you please try holding the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down to see if that helps?

 

I'm facing the same issue as well.

Did the press Xbox on/off button 10 secs till it switched off and unplug the power point thingy..but it won't work...

My connection is fine but keeps prompting me problem with the update!

Please help....

 

Ok, if that didn't work then try these steps to see if they help:

1. Go to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray

2. Click on Clear Persistent Storage 3 times

3. Power cycle the console as listed above

4. Unplug everything from the cable and let it sit for 5 minutes

See if that changes anything.
