Xbox fitness not recognizing gold

    I have a gold membership. I am signed in. Every time I try to do a work out it says I have to purchase gold which I already have. It was working fine yesterday. Is there something wrong with the app?

    Xbox Fitness End of Life?

    Xbox fitness is the reason I own an xbox 1 and have xbox gold. Now I will seriously consider getting rid of at least the gold if not both. Please reinstate xbox fitness or at least replace it with something equal.

    I figured it out by uninstalling and reinstalling the app.

    Same problem here, uninstalling and reinstalling didn't work for me Xbox fitness not recognizing gold :( Any fitness app tells me to get Gold which I already have.

    Xbox Fitness does not recognize Xbox Live Gold.

    I had the same issue. I quit the app and powered off and on like everyone else and then it co-operated. :) Great app, I didn't expect much from it, but I now use it everyday!

    Why would we need to power off and on for the app to recognize subscription status? This looks like a bug and the workaround is painful so I would count severity as if there was no workaround.
