Xbox Fitness lost data and crashes

Ok so let me start by saying so far I have LOVED Xbox Fitness. I do agree with everyone online that they should have more workouts (i.e. either have all of P90X and MOSSA etc or make them available to download/purchase) Also it would be great if they would
be downloadable instead of streamed because when my bandwidth drops it stops randomly in the middle of exercises and that kinda defeats the purpose. But my main complaint is this. The other day I logged into Xbox fitness and did a workout. At the very end
of the workout when it gives out stamps it crashed (I had counted and was supposed to have gotten 8 stamps) when I loaded it back up it recorded the points I had gotten but did not give me the stamps. Then I logged in a few days later to work out again and
all of my stamps were reset and I was level 1 again (I had been level 3 with 1 stamp on the card [should have been almost level 4 if not for the early crash]) I tried reseting it and nothing worked... So I figured oh well the workout is a reward even if I
don't get levels even though I want them. And then I got like 15 minutes into a workout and it crashed again. Reloaded got 15 minutes in and crashed.. This is really annoying because I really love this app and really want to work out with it but if I keep
having bandwidth and crashing problems I might have to do something else (which I really don't want to do) Please fix!!

Xbox Fitness Crashes Mid Workout

I lost 4 months of progress.

The problem is that the data contained in the xbox one does not coincide with the data in the cloud xbox live. For this reason, xbox fitness restarts.

I am surprised that Microsoft continues to offer a service so poor to their consumers.

 

Xbox Fitness Internet Connection Errors Every Time

I just did 75% of the P90X Plyometric workout and the Insufficient Bandwidth issue appeared. It exited out of Xbox Fitness and asked me to check my connection. Xbox Fitness lost all of my stats for that workout, a good 45 minutes worth of hard work and exercise.
This isn't the first time and it's extremely frustrating. I had just started using Xbox Fitness again and now I remember why I stopped using the game a couple of months ago.

Whoever is in charge of Xbox Fitness needs to clean this app up quickly. Random crashes, lost stamps at the end of workouts, insufficient bandwidth disconnecting the app and losing entire workouts, invalid configuration file, blank screens, not recognizing
exercises, etc. Beta projects have less issues than this.

 

Just as an extra thing if an xbox person could just fix my level to what it was before with the stamps I've earned that would be a huge start to making it right.
