XBOX Fitness Losing Stamps and Glitching at the End of a Workout

I guess I spoke too soon. It crashed today 15 minutes into the 20 minute kickboxing workout. I noticed the progress bar for the challenge at the time was not incrementing smoothly, but rather jumping in chunks, then the screen went blank and crashed back
to home. Lost all FP and challenge badges. Went back in, fast forwarded to where I was, and it was choppy and kept pausing the rest of the way. Really wish they would fix this.

 

And again today. It's at the point where this app is so bad that if it works correctly I'm shocked.

 

So after crashing again yesterday - four straight workouts where I don't see my results or badges - I uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Today I did two 10-minute workouts to try it out and both completed with no issues. So for those who haven't tried
uninstalling/reinstalling, try that. Remains to be seen how long it will continue to work though...

 

I used to suffer the constant buffering. That seems much better although it can still happen now and then during peak hours.

The dumping out every other workout is getting annoying though - like others, I have missed out on a few stamps because of this. Is it some Microsoft plot to stop you ever achieving 100% Achievement completion?

This app is close but not quite ready for prime time.

 

Well the March update didn't do anything to fix the problem (I know Fitness is not listed as one of the updates, but I was hoping some underlying change/fix would address the problem). Update was applied this morning, did a workout, crashed at the end.

 

The recent Xbox fitness update didn't fix the problem, it made it worse. I went from level 7 to level 0, with -7 stamps. Great programming.

 

Yep, downloaded the update today, and I went from level 6 to level 1, with a total of 2 stamps. Beyond irritated right now.

 

Yep, I got -8 stamps and demoted to level 1 from something like a level 15. Did they even test this before they rolled it out??

 

At the end of yesterday's workout one of my kids walked by which alerted the Xbox One then sent me to my home screen. I received points in my feed for the workout, however it was NOT recorded on the XBOX Fitness nor did I get any stamps. (It feels like
Microsoft is simply inventing new ways to frustrate me.)

 

I went 25 days without a crash at the end, probably using it 4-5 times a week. Then this weekend doing the Mossa Fight Workout 2 for the first time and completing all of the challenges, crashed at the end. Got the 100k FP, but no stamps at all. Very, very
frustrating that this is still happening because we can't do those challenges, and get those stamps, again. I don't know how I'll ever get to card 50 considering how many stamps I've lost out on because of the crashes.

 

Same here just hapened today all those surveys via email about xbox fitness bu tthis seems to be an ongoing issue

 

Hey guys, any info on how to get the stamps you lose? I was at the end of the P90X one, got 2 challenges completed for 23 stamps... losing 23 *** me off so badly :/

 

^ Unfortunately not that I know of. Equally frustrated over how many stamps I've lost...
