XBOX Fitness Losing Stamps and Glitching at the End of a Workout

Several times I've finished a workout, and right before it goes to the screen to award fitness stamps, the game quits to the home screen and although the workout is recorded, I get no credit for the stamps I collected for completing the challenges. When
reviewing the workout, the challenges are shown to be complete and cannot be unlocked again, yet no stamps awarded. Anyone else have this problem, or problem with the xbox kicking you out at the end of the workout?

Xbox Fitness Internet Connection Errors Every Time

I just did 75% of the P90X Plyometric workout and the Insufficient Bandwidth issue appeared. It exited out of Xbox Fitness and asked me to check my connection. Xbox Fitness lost all of my stats for that workout, a good 45 minutes worth of hard work and exercise.
This isn't the first time and it's extremely frustrating. I had just started using Xbox Fitness again and now I remember why I stopped using the game a couple of months ago.

Whoever is in charge of Xbox Fitness needs to clean this app up quickly. Random crashes, lost stamps at the end of workouts, insufficient bandwidth disconnecting the app and losing entire workouts, invalid configuration file, blank screens, not recognizing
exercises, etc. Beta projects have less issues than this.

Your problem is more decent than mine, I finished the workouts, get a bunch load of stamps and the app crashes at the end of the workout, those stamps are not added to the cards and are unobtainable forever

 

You are not alone. I've had the same issue occur 3 times.

1st time Jan 6th complete console shutdown during last 2 mins of the session losing all the FP gained during that session. Sound looped/glitched until the unit eventually automatically shut down.

2nd time Jan 7th game completely exited back to the home screen also during last 2 mins of the session losing all FP gained during that session. Going back in had to go through the load up screen again so the app completely crashed.

3rd time Jan 12th game crashed during end of session caused me to lose all stamps and had to restart the stamp collection.

Game should have been installed on the console with all the videos downloaded to the system vs streaming the video over and over again then syncing with cloud data. Currently only way to fix this is to "clear cloud data" in the game settings but I'm guessing
the end result is you will have to start all over and there is no guarantee that this will not happen again.

 

Happened to me yesterday, although I have no idea if I lost stamps, challenges, of FP because I didn't notice what I was at before and it crashed right as I finished the workout and before it gave me the results. The app has probably been used about 10
times so far and this is the first time it's happened.

 

Yeah, I am pretty disappointed that an update hasn't come out yet. It makes me not want to use Xbox Fitness. I'm glad I am not the only one that has experienced this issue.

 

Happened to me again today after my second workout. I got the Fitness Points, it shows I did the workout, but none of the stamps I earned were applied/saved to the card. This combined with the voice commands refusing to work every once in a while, this
app really needs a patch.

 

This has happened to me at least 3 times since I got the One on launch day - extremely frustrating. Once I was still credited with my fitness points, but the other two times they were lost. I wear a heart rate monitor to track my own progress, so I still
know what my heart rate was and how many calories I burned, but getting kicked out of a workout halfway through and losing all my progress is annoying, because I am competitive and I want to get those stamps! Still, I want to say that love this app and use
it almost every day.

 

Having the same issue, one time I didn't receive credit for challenges and stamps the other times I did not get stamps. So far it has only happened to me on the 10 minute workouts, if I lost credit for a 30 minute one I would be really irate. I don't think
I have ever gotten voice commands to work I need to research what they are, I noticed yelling at the camera doesn't seem to help.

 

To enable the voice commands you have to go into the settings in the Fitness app (up under your profile), and enable it. I have no idea why these wouldn't be enabled by default.

 

Yes I enabled them, but they I'm not sure what they do or what they are. I basically wanted to use voice commands to choose and start my workouts and navigate the fitness menus, but that doesn't seem to be what the voice commands are for?

 

Yeah, that's exactly what they're for. But you have to say "Fitness" to activate the voice commands, which then brings up all the commands you can say in blue text. If you say "Xbox" it'll bring up the XBox core commands like "Go Home" and not the Fitness
commands". For example, "Fitness", pause as the commands are shown, then "Library", "Next Page", etc, "Kickboxing ...", "Start Workout". If you wait too long and it stops listening, just say "Fitness" again. It generally works pretty well except the timeout
period is rather short when trying to look at all the options in the Library or a category, like "More under 20 minutes".

 

Yes this was my problem exactly, I was trying to initiate with the word "xbox". Thanks for the help. Now as long as I don't lose any more stamps etc I'll be very happy with Xbox Fitness!

 

Well I thought I figured this out by always quitting the Fitness app and didn't have any crashes at the end of a workout in almost two weeks, but it happened again today at the end of my second 10-minute workout. Thankfully it has not happened after any
of the longer workouts, yet...

 

I've had that happen once or twice, usually when I've had a particularly bad 35 minute or so session and have kept reconnecting to the video stream. I don't think it lost any stamps though - it just dumped me out without the report of how the session went
but when I checked the stats, it all looked as I expected.
