Xbox Fitness kicked me to Home Screen

I was in the middle of my exercise and Xbox Fitness kicked me to the home screen, i had to load it again and i lost my exercise i was in and my progress and have to start all over again, has anyone else had his happen to them, i hope it doesn't happen again.

Has anyone else had problems with Xbox Fitness not launching

Same here for me too. Have tried a few times to play xbox fitness and still won't get past the don't overexert yourself screen. Keeps returning to the home screen. Honestly would love to have this fixed so I can keep accruing fitness points & achivements.

 

Xbox one unresponsive

My xbox fitness app crashed mid workout and took me back to the home screen. Now my kinect won't work at all and neither controller is responsive. The box will still start up and show the home screen, but it will not do anything else. HELP!

 

My wife has been having this happen religiously for about a week and a half.

 

It happens to me every 3-4 workouts. Extremely irritating.

I has just completed a MOSSA workout today and completed tbe very last exercise with Tiago congratulating me on my effort only for it to happen again. Naturally lost all todays points and progress. Why they chose not to add an autosave into this app is beyond
belief.

 

To follow up, if it helps, I have just contacted the Microsoft support chat people, and was told that uninstalling and reinstalling the app will "definitely" solve the problem, as it's a problem with the install.

I have done that, and while have not chance to do a few workouts yet, I am hopeful.

 

Same issue. Only had it happen once so far, just created a new thread for it.

May try uninstalling and reinstalling Xbox Fitness if that seems to help, but does that mean you loose anything? I don't really want to loose my stamps, high scores, finished challenges and such.

 

This has happened to me twice, im not sure if i want to uninstall and re install the app incase i loose all my data on the xbox fitness app, can anyone who has uninstalled and re installed let us know if you loose your data, otherwise it is pointless.

 

Your data is not lost, or at least mine wasn't. It is saved online, rather than on your Xbox One I think.

Although the issue has come back since I last posted in this thread. It seems that the Xbox live chat support people have no clue what they are talking about.

 

Suspected it wouldn't help much, but since no saved data is lost I just did it too. At least when this problem happens again I can say I already tried this. Xbox support on Twitter just made me do the power cycle.

 

For me, even after update of today, app load but after the main screen appear, before I select any workout, it crashes to home.

Wow, this is beyond ridiculous! I can not finish a single workout with this game/app anymore! This is by far the worst title this could happen on, IMO. Nothing like being halfway or farther into a insanity workout and having it crash to the home screen and
lose all your progress. This problem needs to be addressed already and I'm actually shocked that it hasn't been, since they plan to charge for more workouts eventually. I won't ever be paying for any after this.

 

i'm having a kinect issue with mine today it keeps coming up that it's unplugged , checked the wires to make sure it's not loose or anything , reset my one but still seems to be playing up , i can workout but it keeps pausing everytime it comes up kinect
is unplugged , very frustrating ??

 

I think we're all unofficial beta testers. By the time they start charging for xbox fitness they'll have all the bugs worked out.

My 40 min workout died 5 min before it was over. Tracking was waaaayyy off, at times not even seeing me at all. I'm done with this app until all the problems are fixed.
