Xbox Fitness issues

No... She didnt know what she was saying..in my opinion there is not any specific support online for xbox fitness .really bad call center

 

Just attempted to do the Insanity Cardio and Resistance workout. Got 37 minutes into the 40 minute workout and then it crashed to the home screen as the "cool down" part of the workout was starting.

I cursed out the game for that one.

I'm glad I got a good work out in, but getting credit for it in the game without it crashing would be wonderful.

If bringing up this issue with xbox support apparently isn't the way to go, how on earth do we go about contacting the people responsible for the fitness app?

LMAO! Yeah, I have cursed out the fitness app on MANY occcasions for the exact same thing. All that hard @$$ work and not getting any credit for it sux. Like you said, its all about the workout ultimately, but still.

Fortunately, I got thru the Mossa fight workout 1 this morning with no issues and my stamp card seems to be back to normal. Im gonna try Insanity tomorrow and see how it goes. Gonna give it a week before. I call it good.

 

I definitely think some of the issues are with certain workouts in particular. I have gotten though all of the Mossa workouts without issue, but I've never been able to finish the P90X workouts all the way through without a crash.

 

Originally, it was the Mossa workouts that were giving me hell whenI first reported the issue. Gonna try Mossa fight 2 later today amd will post if I got thru it or not.

 

Got thru Mossa fight 2 today. The kinect sensors were all out of whack on some of the exercises (i.e. When i was dong the move, the bars were yellow and said "Dig deep", but when I just stopped and stood still on that same excercise, the bars turned full
green and said "Excellent"), but it didnt crash this time at least. Gonna try again tomorrow.

 

Back to the same old stuff. This fitness app is junk. It worked for a total of 2 days then the crashes started happening again. Now I can only make it thru maybe 3 minutes before I get Xbox can't connect to the internet or insufficient bandwith error.
I have run ping test for tens of hours and have no packet loss. These bandiwth and internet errors remind me of the error message I was getting on Titanfall launch. At that time it told me to check my home network or call my ISP when in fact, it was a problem
with Xbox live. Fix your junk crap app Xbox. Some of us bought the Xbox One specifically for your fitness app. Ive had this one for over a month now, have tried the fitness app everday and only 4 times it made it through a whole workout without crashing
or pausing.

 

Mossa Fight 2 crashed at 17 min with unable to connect to the internet...would not resume. I restarted Xbox and Fitness and tried Mossa Power 1 it crashed saying insufficient bandwith at the 16 min mark. Future of Fitness my ***. If the future means crashing
and freezing up on every work out, I'll stick to the past.....at least my dvd workouts play all the way through.

 

Stamp card reset from 19 to 1. The workouts constantly force close. All my challenges completed remained and my FP. Problem with that is now I can't even earn those stamps again. I have been tweeting @xbox_support3 and after turning my xbox on then off
85 times they realized that was not going to work. Then their next brilliant idea was un-installing the app and to my surprise that did not work either. I have 3 other xbox ones and downloaded the app and my profile on each, which did not fix it.

I love this app and hope they fix it. If they want people to purchase workouts they need to make it better. A healthy community will live longer and there for spend more money.

 

Same issues here with the app crashing into the workout. I've also noticed that the tracking seems to be worse after the last update. It registered 0 for jumping jacks and told me to raise my arms above my head on the basketball drill when I was tapping
the ceiling. Come on Microsoft. You're making me want to sell my Xbox One to go back to the 360.

 

Same issues here, yesterday crashed at Mossa 1 (5/35) minutes and today at 32/35 minutes, that is really annoying
