Xbox Fitness issues

Its bigger than a stamp card. The app is crashing left and right after the update. Please address this issues as well.

 

I'm glad they're working on fixing the stamp card issue but there must have been an issue with the latest update. I've never had any issues with the Fitness App crashing until immediately after downloading the update. Now the app is unplayable. Please
fix!

 

It worked perfectly to me until I installed the new update today. Crash when detecting my body. If I start it, select a fitness program and play it works well if I don't move at all, but when I move (just my head), crashes and takes me to the home screen
or just a black screen and I have to reboot the console. My stamps look fine, no issues with that.

Please, no more updates like this. I always thought that an update improves the app (with some additional minor bugs), but in this case, this is terrible, it's totally unusable. I liked Xbox One, but so little games, so many bugs and the only fitness app
in this state... maybe I should wait some years...

 

Same issue for me after the last update... keep getting booted to homescreen.. would love some answers microsoft.. especially after spending 160 bux on some weights to use with the mossa power workouts... frustrated!

 

Same here, while my fitness rank was TRAINER II.

While I am able to play again.

This is frustrating indeed.

 

By the way:

Just restoring the profiles from Wednesday would be a first step.

 

The stamp card thing is definitely the least of the problems with this app. If you are going to busily work to resolve something, it should be the connection and crashing issues...

 

Fitness is unusable for me since yesterday. After I get to the place where I choose workout it crashes to home in about 5 seconds. When I restart the app, the same thing happens again. Hard reboot and reinstall did not change anything.

Please fix it because I really enjoyed working out with it. I do not care about stamps, I just want to do my insanity

I don't know about the stamp card, but when i updated to the new version this week the app has been constantly crashing for me. As soon as I'm about to start a workout it will exit to the main xbox one dashboard. The app is unusable, its not just the stamp
card. Please revert the update.

 

STILL NOT fixed. ETA on a fix please ??? Since messing up the update the 'LIVE status' page hasn't changed !!!

The live status page you have referenced does not seem to show anything other than Up, or down status. Is there supposed to be some sort of more detailed info that we are to be looking for to see the status of these reported issues? As it stands now, the
page simply says that XBox Fitness is running. No disrespect, but duh. We know it's running, it just isn't running correctlly. Instead it is doing the following:

1. Showing incorrect level status

2. Prompting gamers to re-enter personal info that was previously supplied

3. Resetting the workout and exiting the gamer to the main menu

The "Up and Running" status is not that helpful right now, as all of the above issues are occurring even with the "up and running" status.

 

Have the same problem... after the update it crash to menu after 2 seconds once it goes to the starting screen. Please did anyone find a sokution???I called the support and they said that is not microsoft problem.... and that I should have contact the xboxfitness
support....

Did the person you spoke with give you any contact information for xbox fitness support? I cant seem to find any such thing online.
