Xbox Fitness issues

Same issue. Really annoying for me it keeps crashing like 2 minutes into a workout and also reset my rank. Nothing more frustrating then having your workout all *** up as i waste time trying to get it to work.

Azure server error

Hi, is anyone else having issues opening xbox fitness? I keep getting a message saying azure server error, xbox fitness was unable to retrieve configuration data.

 

Nike Fitness Please

I haven't been experiencing tech issues with Xbox Fitness (just started though). I am missing Nike Fitness however. I liked having one personal trainer and frequent fitness tests--it felt like a more complete and tailored-to-me experience. I'm also not into
the "fitness personalities" and all their motivational shouting that Xbox Fitness offers and would be into a more low key and cooler/hipper approach. Xbox Fitness just feels like fitness DVDs with a slightly better experience. Yoga would be great too.

I'm hoping that Xbox sticks with this though and I will continue to support it as working out this way is the most efficient way for me given my ridiculous schedule.

 

I can't even get it to run after the update. I starting to grow tired of the Xbone I just want what we have to work. Fitness needed less crashing not more.

 

Have the same problem.... app will not even run anymore.

 

Same problem here. Came home ready to work out, Kinect Fitness asked for a ~200 mb update, did it and it wouldn't start. I tried holding the power button for 10 seconds on the xbox to boot fresh, no luck. Also tried to uninstall and reinstall the app and
didn't have any success either, so Microsoft is definitely having a problem on their end. Bummer.

 

Same issue here... please fix and please test the apps before releasing an update that obviously made fitness unusable. This worked perfectly before the update.

 

Yep... I was on my fifth card but it ended up resetting me back to 1.

 

When it does work you can no longer skip the start of the workout! You will have to watch the inane drivel at the start every time.

 

Same thing. Kept everything except for my card. Contacted xbox and they suggested I uninstall and reinstall. Still reset to 1.

Same, except mine reset all challenges 3 days ago but kept all other stats, card level messed up, after update yesterday, gone from card level 29 to level 1. Contacted support 3 days ago, was referred to higher support team which I was supposed to have
heard from within 72 hours, I haven't heard anything at all. VERY disappointing !!!!

 

The crashing is actually dangerous, quitting in the middle of strenuous activity could lead to injury and improper warm down. i have also asked for escalation but i don't expect much.

 

Same here. Was at level 9 now back to 1. Thanks Xbox. We all work hard to achieve a goal and you take it away..

 

I noticed the same thing. Started happening 3 days ago. Prior to this I had completed the Insanity and Mossa Fight 1 with no issue. 2 days ago my Mossa Fight 2 crashed to home screen about 22 minutes in. I started the work out over and it crashed about
ten minutes in. Yesterday Mossa Fight 1 and Fight 2 each crashed to home screen within first 5 minutes of workout. I restored my xbox to factory and reinstalled profile and app. Mossa Fight 1 lasted maybe 2 minutes before crashing to home screen. I then
did one of the work outs that was in the "recommened" section. The workout completed but it went to the pause screen at least a dozen times on it's own. I also noticed, since the update, that the kinect sensor was "losing" me a lot more during my workouts.
Like the poster above said.....it can be dangerous to stop in the middle of a workout, especially with HIT like Insanity. Make sure you do a cool down and stretch if this happens.

 

I've been having issues with Xbox Fitness since day 1 when I started trying to use it. Some days it will work just fine, some I will get "internet connection" issues every 20 seconds. Some days I will complete 100 percent of a workout, some days I will
get 98 percent through, and be kicked back to the home screen before completion.

As far as I can tell from reading several posts on these forums, as well as other forums, this is not an issue with the way our xbox ones are set up, or with how our networks are set up. I've tried every solution on here from resetting the router, testing
my network, opening ports, disconnecting the power from everything, uninstalling, etc, etc... but nothing is working.

Aside from the new issue that it won't load at all right now, there have been connection issues since day one.

While a fix for this would be amazing as I really do love the app, a simple ACKNOWLEDGMENT that there are issues and that they are being worked on would bring a smile to my face. For every one user that logs on here to complain or inquire, I am sure there
are several more that do not. It's not even the users on here that you need worry about. We're at least concerned and actively seeking assistance for the product we enjoy. The one's that don't, give up on it all together far more easily.
