Xbox Fitness- is it just me or is there bugger all info out there for it?

Hi Guys,

Okay- so I heard about Xbox Fitness and it amazes me that they haven't promoted it.

I did a Jillian Michaels Ripped in 30 week one work out and she kicked my ***. I absolutely loved it. I'm still battling with DOMS today.

But I find it really difficult to find out anything about it. I have a heap of questions that i'd love to find some answers for.

1) I keep hearing the routines are incomplete. ie Theres only 2 P90x videos, only one insanity... Is this true?

2) So I'm working at the first week of "Ripped in 30"- will the other videos be made available? if so- how will i find them?

3) So "Ripped in 30" needs free weights... Is there anyway to find out which routines need what? (So I don't get half way through a workout and realise I can't do some of the workout because I don't have a kettlebell for example.)

Is there much more info out there?

XBOX Fitness for XBOX One not available in all european countries?

Last friday XBOX One got released in a few more countries. I live in Sweden and I been looking for XBOX Fitness but cant find it anywhere, I have seen posts from users in Netherlands having the same problem, the game shows when switching location.

I have not seen any info regarding that XBOX Fitness should not been available all over Europe, the official Swedish website is even promoting it for XBOX One and there is no release date mentioned. Does anyone know, is it a known issue or is XBOX Fitness
not yet released all over Europe?

 

Is there really free ms points out there or is it BS?

Yup there are free Microsoft Points and Xbox Live Gold but they are only for Microsoft employees so it's pretty much bull ***.

 

I agree there should be more info to go along with these. Most of these programs have a routine for you to follow along with a dietary regimen, neither of which is included. It is also true that there are only 2 (of many) P90x videos. I can understand that
they may need time to get the other videos processed, but as anyone who's done P90x knows, you need all the videos so that you can work different muscle groups each day.

 

1) Yes - and Beachbody publicly state they have no interest in putting the rest on XBox one.

2) Yes - you can buy the whole 4 week program for $9.99 I just completed it and it was good!

3) You can Google it and people that did the DVD say what each exercise is and equipment needed. I found I just needed 5lb and 10 lb weights but had to be quick to switch to them sometimes.
