Hello everyone,

In Xbox fitness (with Live
Gold subscription) I have not found a way
to go to the next exercise of a series.
every time I reboots on Exercise 1

can you help me?

Watch_Dogs data syncing error.

I now have this problem on Xbox fitness and internet explorer. Unable to use either on my profile. Fitness ok on my wife's profile but not explorer. Any help appreciated

The workout programs with multiple workouts only give you the first workout free. You'll see it listed as "Free workout", which is usually "Workout 1" or "Week 1". If you want the rest of the workouts/weeks, you have to purchase that workout program. The
Gold free benefit is basically giving you a "try before you buy" option.

I'm not sure how "letting it sit for an hour" is any sort of solution. I'm having the same problem - very frustrating.

if it helps the first time i started it up it crashed when it was still loading

nevermind someone on reddit showed me how to fitt if you have this problem guy let it sit for about an hour and it will go
