Xbox fitness heart rate missing

The xbox fitness page shows that it can track your heart rate:

I just got done with an Insanity workout and the screen doesn't show the heart rate at all.

Was this feature pulled before launch? Will it be included later? Is there something I am missing?

Xbox fitness heart rate missing

Same problem here. I finally figured out where to find the heart rate button and it shows 58bpm while mine was atleast double that during an Insanity workout(I use a heart rate on a high end treadmill at the gym, so I know the difference between 58 and 130).

XBOX FItness says "Can't connect to internet" Even though I can test my connection 100 percent wireless 57mb down 12mb up...I play on Bf4 and Killer instinct online..BUT IT won't let me use Xbox fitness!! Very frusterating.

Xbox fitness doesnt work for me it just wont load up

I had a long chat with MS support on this and they really couldn't figure it out. They suggested uninstall and reinstall and that didn't work... we checked my settings and that is all set up. I have to wonder if this is a problem that might get cleared up
when mounts to put the kinect on top of the TV appear?

That's interesting Mullins. Maybe it only works when your heart rate is really up there. Never got a call back from Xbox support over the weekend which is a little disappointing.

It popped up on my insanity workout at 137 bpm, I was actually at 165 by my measurements. So, I got it to work, but not so sure about the accuracy.
