Xbox Fitness freezing every 10 seconds

Has anyone been having freezing issues with xbox fitness? Its kind of hard to workout when the video freezes every 10 seconds or so. It's really pissing me off because I just spent $15 on a workout and it doesn't even work for more than 10 seconds at a time.
I have tried everything to fix the issue, reset the xbox, turning it off and unplugging the power cord. Deleted the app and reinstalling and still nothing. My connection is fine my download is 25mbps and upload is 5.9 mbps. Ping is 22 ms and wifi strength
is 95%.

I don't understand why workouts aren't stored on the console to avoid the freezing that happens all the time with streaming. Its so annoying and I'm pretty sure I cant even get a refund either.

Besides this freezing issue, Ive encountered so many other errors with the xbox one. Random freezes here and there. Errors trying to open apps and play games. Netflix losing internet connection. And no its not my router all of my other electronic devices
are connecting to the internet just fine.

This is the buggiest console I have ever had. Its really disappointing because this is the most expensive console I have ever bought. So far its such a waste of money. I have considered selling it but I will be losing money since the price has recently dropped.
Such a shame.

Question to microsoft: what is the minimum bandwith to play xbox fitness ?

I joined xbox live gold for xbox fitness app. But now i can not run the xbox fitness app. Because the video stops all 10 seconds. I have a 3 mbit connection. Is this to less for xbox fitness ? What can i do ? Is there a disc ?

 

Xbox video playback freezing every 5 to 10 seconds

Playing back videos I own, stored online, keep freezing every 5 to 10 seconds.

Amazon Prime playback does not do this.

Netflix app playback dies not do this.

All other Internet streaming does not do this.

Usually xBox video is fine. Is this the continued result of the "hacker" (script kiddie) attacks on xBox live still or possibly with my xBox 360?

is there any way to test? Is there any way to join efforts to stop these morons?

 

Same here. Wife is threatening to take a hammer to the Xbox, which I suppose would be a way for her to maintain her heart rate since she can't get in a regular exercise on Fitness.

 

Yes, Xbox 360 , Netflix, Amazon, Crackle, Hulu are the apps I use and they have been freezing/locking the system for over well a month now. Cannot turn off the console when this happens, must wait until its ready to turn off. Then restarts fine.

I have gone through the many steps it takes to try and remedy the situation. Bottom line. All other "Devices" stream apps just fine without any lock ups or glitches.

I have even replaced the console and the replacement as well is suffering the lag/lockup issues.

As one of many others, we have cut the cord from the cable company having to look to replacing the xbox console with another Device just to play apps, well, it's a bummer.

I hope that this issue will be resolved soon. Good lucks to all those IT/ Tech/Support people.

 

Same here. I can't use xbox fitness at all because it freezes each and every time.

 

They're apparently a bunch of chubby programmers who never use the program themselves. The update has caused freezing and no heart rate.
