XBOX Fitness for XBOX One not available in all european countries?

Hi

Last friday XBOX One got released in a few more countries. I live in Sweden and I been looking for XBOX Fitness but cant find it anywhere, I have seen posts from users in Netherlands having the same problem, the game shows when switching location.

I have not seen any info regarding that XBOX Fitness should not been available all over Europe, the official Swedish website is even promoting it for XBOX One and there is no release date mentioned. Does anyone know, is it a known issue or is XBOX Fitness
not yet released all over Europe?

unable to purchase xbox fitness content

Hi

I am unable to purchase xbox one fitness content . It is shown to be not available . I have a active xbox live membership. I am from India and earlier I made purchases for xbox one fitness downloadable content. Any idea what has gone wrong now.

I've recently purchased the xbox one and wanted to buy the fitness game your shape fitness evolved. Can anyone tell me when it will be available for xbox one? Thank you

 

Sounds like a pretty big oversight. Hopefully, because if it is not than it it probably some licensing drama, which may mean Xbox Fitness isn't coming to some countries at all, which would be bad.

I tweeted @XboxFitness about it, they are usually pretty responsive.

 

It seems to be available in the UK Store, but disappears after switching back location to Netherlands or Sweden.

 

They replied Xbox Fitness on Twitter:

"Hey there! We’re working to become available in new regions shortly. Stay tuned!"



We'll just have to wait and see I guess. I am in the Netherlands myself but imported my Xbox One. But unless they make it possible to migrate without loosing your paid content I am staying in the Irish Xbox Live store. Which is also a bit of a warning to
people having this issue: Yes you can download XboxFitness (for free) if you switch region, but just remember you will loose any paid games/content once you switch back.

 

Yes, I got the same reply. It would have been nice with some sort of info on the promo site that the Xbox Fitness isnt available at the moment.

 

Same issue here in Belgium, XBOX fitness is not yet available.

MS please make it available soon.

 

I live in Sweden too.

Xbox Fitness was the reason I chose the Day One edition with Kinect.

It's kind of bad that information about this isn't more clear.

And even though Xbox Fitness isn't available in Sweden we can purchase addons for it without a problem, like P90X and some others, that makes a lot of sense.

 

Saw @XboxFitness tweet to OP this should finally be fixed. Is it available in other countries too now (like Belgium)?

 

Yeah, since the 25th its working in Sweden as well. Credit to the Xbox Fitness support, got great feedback via Twitter from them. The Xbox support seemed rather clueless and the official swedish Xbox site really need to step up when it comes to inform their
users.
