Xbox fitness doesn't launch

    hello, i want to know if someone had the same problem than me.

    i have tried two times to install the App Xbox fitness, but it's stay on the advise page and doesn't launch.

    Xbox Fitness won't load

    I try and launch Xbox Fitness, and it doesn't load. I get the green screen with the dots, then the warning screen stating not to overexert myself... and that's it. It stays stuck there on that warning. The Fitness app doesn't actually load. This happens
    intermittently, but more often than not. Has anyone else experienced this?

    Xbox fitness heart rate missing

    The xbox fitness page shows that it can track your heart rate:

    I just got done with an Insanity workout and the screen doesn't show the heart rate at all.

    Was this feature pulled before launch? Will it be included later? Is there something I am missing?

    Sorry to hear it. Can you please try power cycling the console by holding the power button on it for 10 seconds until it shuts down? That should solve the issue.

    Apparently that solved the problem only temporarily, again I am back to square one, support asked me to delete the user profile and log back in, clear the blu ray cache, clear secondary mac address. This did not solve the problem yet :(, how to escalate
    the support issue. I have bought other programs for xbox fitness, this is pretty bad.

    Thanks for posting that info. Power cycling the console is basic troubleshooting for most issues. I'll file that info for future reference.

    Unresponsive Kinect followed by frozen Xbox

    I've literally just suffered a similar issue.

    Launched Xbox Fitness and it asked for me to plug in the Kinect, even though it already was, for literally 4-5 seconds before launching the Xbox Fitness screen. After that, Kinect would not respond.

    Used the controller to browse programs and tried to launch one, then the machine froze.

    It now will not respond to Kinect or the controller.

    The wife is doing a workout (which is why we were launching fitness), so I'm leaving it for a while to see if it works after some downtime.

    Not good either way.

    stuck on warning "don't overexert yourself"

    I was able to start up Xbox Fitness under a different profile then switch to my profile within Xbox Fitness. I then shut it down and was able to launch it under my profile.

    A/V Cable does NOT fit into XBox 360! [Please Help]

    All XBOX 360 AV cables fit in all 360 console AV ports. If yours doesn't fit there's either something wrong with it or you're trying to insert it in a manner that doesn't correspond to how the cable fits.



    Keep in mind that the cable fits flush with the port, not with the curved chassis plastic.
