    Hello,

    I had a quick question in regards to the discontinuation of Xbox Fitness.

    I understand as of June 27, 2016 an announcement has made in order to discontinue service until June 2017; however, what isn't clear is if the amount of funds to be credited back to those who purchased are deposited within 90 days of June 27, 2016 or the
    follow year in 2017 when everything is shuts down.

    Additionally, will the price of the item plus taxes be credited or pre tax?

    If you could kindly review this and get back to me that would be excellent.

    Xbox Fitness was discontinued on June 27, 2016 and in order to be eligible for refunds, purchases had to have been made before that date. Unfortunately you did not
    meet the qualifications as you purchased the content digitally via a third party after the discontinuation date. If you would like to get a refund for this content, you would need to reach out to Newegg for further information.

    Same issue also, hardly been able to use since xmas. If you bought your xbox via a credit card, you can contact the credit card company and relay that the equipment is not fit for purpose and request a refund, the credit card company then pursue MS, serves
    them right for shoddy customer service yet again.

    So I'm an idiot...

    Depending on how frequently you used the song credits, the new Xbox Music Pass might actually be a better fit for you. Essentially, you pay $5 for $10 worth of music. If you don't actually use all your credits, that's a waste because the credits expire.
    If you spent an extra 5 a month in Microsoft Points, you wouldn't be wasting it.
