Xbox Fitness crashing at end of workout constantly

So I quite like to use Xbox Fitness, but I keep getting put off using it as on a regular basis the app crashes at the end of a workout.

The crash happens as the video workout finishes, right before the stats for the workout are delivered and the medals/stamps distributed. As a result of the app closing and returning to home, the grueling workout you have just performed is not recorded and
as far as the app is concerned, never happened.

I wouldn't actually care if it was a game, but considering I perform 30+ min intense workouts and would like to track progress and have my scores up there for my house mate who also has an Xbox One to compete with; it is hardly ideal.

It's not the actual crashing that bothers me, its the fact that my stats and record of that workout are completely lost. If the app crashed but the medals/stamps and my score were still present I wouldn't be particularly bothered but considering the nature
of Xbox Fitness; I feel it is an issue that should definitely be addressed as I know I am not the only victim (my house mate also encounters this).

Until this problem is fixed; I definitely will not be making any purchases of the additional workouts (i.e. full insanity etc.)

Tl;dr

- Xbox Fitness crashes and doesn't log completed workout

- Fix this: either the crash or have stats saved in event of crash

Xbox Fitness Crashed And All My Weight Loss Was Reset To Zero

My Xbox Fitness app keeps crashing in workouts as well. It is very frustrating to lose the progress, or get only 5-10 into a workout just to have it crash and work up the motivation to start over. Is there any update on improving Xbox Fitness stability?

 

XBOX Fitness Failure

this has happened to me three times! I work out about 20 times per month on xbox fitness and My internet connection is fantastic (high speed, new modem) and within seconds of end of these three workouts, it just shut down the workout and exits fitness game
entirely. "Rain" on xbox help chat said that it was probably my internet access but she could not explain why it only happens at the very end of a workout. Tonight, it was 6pack ab attack and I think it has happened on this workout in the past.

 

It would be nice to have a fix for this and the crashes at start up, while you are at it thank you very much.
