Xbox Fitness crashes to home

As above. Come on Microsoft get this fixed!

 

Yes, the only free game to come with my Xbox and can't even load it.. epic fail.

 

Can't even start a workout. Fitness crashes as soon as I select to work out or visit the library. Restarts and reinstalls are no help. Completely broken.

 

This is also happening to me, I have Titanfall, BF4 and Lego Superheros installed and none of them work now. When I start the games it just reverts back to the home screen. Tried to turn it off an have dinner, and it is still doing it for all games.....really
regretting buying this now.

 

I ditto many of these. Do not and never have had Skylanders; only have Forza, Ryse, Zumba, and Dead Rising. Was consistently using the app without fail for several months but this past week it crashes to the home screen within a few minutes of beginning
the workout. Extremely frustrated as it's not a bandwidth issue, it simply crashes without warning. I enjoy using the app and the appreciate the workouts available but am very frustrated that it's presently in an unusable state.

 

Ditto, crashes to home seconds after getting to the home screen. Don't have Skylanders and only the TV (HDMI Out)/Kinect plugged into the console..

• Only TV out (HDMI) and Kinect plugged in
• Tried:
  • Uninstalling and re-installing
  • UIninstalling, power-cycle, re-installing
  • Uninstalling, unplug for 15 minutes then re-installing

 

I have the same problem.

I was running the Fitness app couple times and it worked. Now it always crashes to the main menu after I start it. I tried rebooting, reinstalling, everything.

Now that I see it might be a peripheral issue, I recently connected AV receiver with the optical port, so this might be causing the crashes. I will look into it and try to disconnect the audio and boot it.

 

same here from germany, dont know what to do, my xbox is 5 days old-.-

 

Same here from Italy (and it is the second time in 6 months). Today 3 hours with the support without solving the problem. I think it is intolerable a service so poor -_-

THis problem start after downloading a game from the store (max the curse of brotherhood).

 

Today 2 hours with the support. The problem has not been resolved.

Shoot! We did all the possible steps to fix Xbox Fitness App. We need to wait for an update from the forums. Try to use Xbox Fitness after 24 hours maybe there's a problem with it today

 

Same issues with me - just wanted to add my name to the list of people getting bummed by this crash. I have also tried all of the "solutions" and no luck. I have crashed 3 times this week and 5 in the last month.

 

I do not have the Skylanders portal, I have uninstalled/reinstalled many times, including after a forced reboot, as well as even unplugging the machine for up to a minute, it works for a little while and then crash's again.

Being as this was the main reason I purchased the system when I did, to say that I am a little bit upset is an understatement.

 

Today, after three days and 5 hours of care, xbox fitness began to work again. He pointed out that the information on the console and those on the cloud xbox live were different. By choosing those on xbox live updated to 4.4.2014 would not start. Using those
on Xbox One updated to 09.04.2014 xbox fitness started but I did lose all the progress of these 4 months. Nothing to say so ... A service really unseemly.

 

Im having this problem but with the youtube app, after the update it just wont start...goes back to home screen!!!

 

Having the same problem...and don't have Skylanders or any other USB device plugged in. Tried installing, uninstalling, and rebooting (insuring the system really is cold-booting).
