Xbox Fitness crashes to home

Mine hasn't crashed but I have been getting more and more freezes due to "insufficient bandwidth" which is a joke because I have not had any trouble with other streaming apps. Frustrating when I'm in the middle of a workout and have to stop because of things
like this...

I've just downloaded fitness today. I have no skylanders and it's crashing to home page 3 seconds after starting up main screen

 

Games Won't Play. Begin to expand then return to home screen.

The only thing ps that work for me are non gaming apps ie netflix, Hulu, etc. all games and xbox fitness crash to home after attempted launch... Insane msft

 

Same here. Crashing more frequently during exercises - back to home., reopen fast forwarded to carry on (but lost progress), only for it crash again soon after.

Also freezing due to insufficient bandwidth intermittently.... which is rubbish , as I know there's plenty of capacity.

 

I've also had this problem three times over the last month. No skylanders and Xbox always in standby mode. Crashes about 30 minutes into Mossa Fight or Beachbody Insanity...after all the hard work and just before the FP/stamps rewards!

 

Purchased a brand new One yesterday. I let it download all updates. I'm almost to the streching part of the Xbox Fitness Insanity cardio circuit workout and the entire system freezes and shuts down. I turn it back on,gobackto the same workout and ff to the
part where i left off... i make it a few more minutes only to have it crash and return to the home screen this time. I DO NOT have anything plugged in, the system is well ventalited and i wasn't doing anything unusual. What's the deal MS? Curious how many
people actually use the fitness app extensively, first time i use it it doesn'twork. PLease fix this issue.

 

I'm having problems with this crashing without skylanders. Any solution for the rest of us?

 

I'm having the same issue. Crashes as soon as I get to the main screen. No skylanders or other USB devices.

 

I've crashed several times to Home and I don't have Skylanders...

 

For me, still the same situation, app load but it crashes after few sec. without letting me select any workout. Yesterday spoken to Microsoft representative, she tried by doing the mac address clear and other troubleshooting tips but nothing worked so far.

 

Same here, no USB ports are being used, no other Apps running, 55min into P90X Plyometrics and it returned to home. What a kick in the nuts. =0( Happen 2 times on P90X Plyometrics and 1 time on Mossa Core within 5min.

 

I have this same problem. support chat told me it is a known issue and they are working to resolve it. Very frustrating no one seems to know how to fix this. I have tried all the answers above, still does not work.

 

Yeah the app is hopeless until fixed. It's a work out trying to get the thing to run though I guess..

 

I'm having the crashing problem too and don't have skylanders. Just got my xbox one today and xbox fitness was a big reason

 

i dont have skylanders, i tried the hard reset and reinstall and most of the other troubleshooting steps mentioned here with no luck. In my case it is NOT the portal.
