Xbox Fitness Crashes Mid Workout

Its sad you can not just download the darn thing so it does not rely on wifi as much. Nothing more frustrating than this especially when trying to get kids all set up for there work outs. In my opinion the X1 needs a better internet connection than the
minimums they mention especially with Fitness.

 

Had this happen today. Just started insanity again but now including the xbox. So close to getting my badges and beating my score and my peer average. Then it crashes to home screen after over 30 minutes of sweat. I restarted and picked up where I left
off all so that I can make myself feel better about finishing my workout but now my average score I half of my true score. Very frustrating and disappointed.

 

I lost 4 months of progress.

The problem is that the data contained in the xbox one does not coincide with the data in the cloud xbox live. For this reason, xbox fitness restarts.

I am surprised that Microsoft continues to offer a service so poor to their consumers.

 

Same issues here. Ever since that....

(1) Kinect turns cycles ON and OFF every 5-10sec (wierd)......a full reboot tends to fix this

(2) XBOX fitness starts for maybe 10sec then crashes back to main dashboard (still even after uninstalling/reinstalling etc)

THIS IS RIDICULOUS. MICROSOFT, this was one of the MAJOR REASONS we purchased the XBOX ONE (it was supposed to be more than just a gaming machine)....this should be a major priority to acknowledge the issue first...then give updates on the fix!!

Today, after 24 minutes with the technical service has not been resolved the problem. Instead of rebooting xbox fitness this time restarted the console. The operator told me that I have to wait 2/3 days.

It is really RIDICULOUS !!!!

 

Another day without xbox fitness. Microsoft shame ... SHAME!!

i Also have this issue it crashes and always says i lose internet connection and crashes 0.0

How did i lose internet! i am still live, this app is broken. I miss using xbox fitness when it first worked for me, now i can't even do a 10 minute workout....

I sure hope microsoft does somthing about this before we have to pay for it!

 

The same thing just happened to me. It crashed back to the home screen 30 minutes into the workout and i lost all my progress.

I don't see why it can't autosave your workout, so you can just resume from where you were!

 

happens to me a lot also. reboot the system by holding do the x on the front for a few seconds, then it'll work fine for a few rounds before freezing up again

 

Back to frustration with Xbox fitness. Now I can work out for about 3 minutes before I get "Xbox Fitness Service Unavailable. Please try again later. Error Code 1000". I have reset and restored Xbox to factory settings. I have cleared persistent storage
and cleared Mac Address. I wish Microsoft would finally fix this app. Some of us bought the Xbox one for "the future of fitness". If this is the future, the past is more consistent.

 

Just bought my XBOX One in India, tried the XBOX fitness workouts this morning, my workout must have frozen/hung at least 5 times in half an hour, the fix was to push the A button twice to resume the video, BUT, what a pain. I have a superfast internet connection
FYI...so this is streaming stuff is unacceptable.

I hope Microsoft lets people DOWNLOAD these workout videos to the XBOX One Hard Disk and run them locally. ELSE, we're much better off buying DVD's of Jilian Michales and others and watching them off a USB Stick.

Come on Microsoft, please get your act together here.
