Xbox Fitness Crashes Mid Workout

After yesterday update I have successfully completed 4 workouts in the last 2 days. No crashes, no pauses. It seems to beworking for me now. I completed Mossa Fight 1 and 2, Mossa Power and Mossa Grove 1. Prior to yesterdays update, I couldn't even get
Mossa Fight 2 for more than a minute before crashing to home screen. Will keep updating forum if it crashes again.

 

For me, still the same situation, app load but it crashes after few sec. without letting me select any workout. Yesterday spoken to Microsoft representative, she tried by doing the mac address clear and other troubleshooting tips but nothing worked so far.

 

Mossa Fight 2 crashed at 17 min with unable to connect to the internet...would not resume. I restarted Xbox and Fitness and tried Mossa Power 1 it crashed saying insufficient bandwith at the 16 min mark. Future of Fitness my ***. If the future means crashing
and freezing up on every work out, I'll stick to the past.....at least my dvd workouts play all the way through.

 

Yah. The app was plagued with issues a week or so ago. They said the service was fixed and I've been able to get through workouts with more success but I still get the odd crash here and there. The last couple crashes were at the end of the workout when
it was adding up my points and updating my profile, the one after that was again at the end after adding all my points and me clicking "home" to go back to the fitness menu. The app just freezes up, had to kill it.

At least the multi-tasking of the new xbox lets me kill programs rather than forcing me to reboot like the 360 did. Reminds me of the old days when 'task manager' was the windows program that I used most because stuff would freeze so often. Maybe the xbox
one is running windows vista under the hood (nooooo!).

 

Can't even get this thing to load but for a max of 10 seconds...tried various suggestions...piece of crap

 

doesnt load for me loads up green splash screen then some warning then its back to dashboard, wouldnt mind but iv only just had my XB1 replaced due to a mountain of faults, found myself purchasing a ps3 this weekend to play final fantasy 7 and X, starting
to think now maybe selling this n moving onto a ps4, because so far the whole experience from day one has been pretty horrible

 

Ditto, same problem as many on this post. Have been seeing it the past week. Have accessed various workouts with it crashing to home within a few minutes of starting the workout. Don't have anything plugged into the system and am honestly only running
a couple of different games. Love the idea and the multitude of workouts available and have been using for past several months, but this past week has been extremely frustrating so am having to use other workout mediums. This is definitely a problem with
the application and not bandwidth related, though I have been also seeing an increase in bandwidth related challenges though I know there's plenty of bandwidth available on my side. Please figure this out Microsoft!

 

Same issues here. Started after an update was required last Friday Marh 28th. My wife tried to start a workout in the morning and it required the update. Ever since that....

(1) Kinect turns cycles ON and OFF every 5-10sec (wierd)......a full reboot tends to fix this

(2) XBOX fitness starts for maybe 10sec then crashes back to main dashboard (still even after uninstalling/reinstalling etc)

(3) XBOX support had finally suggested a full system wipe - reset back to Factory....

(4) I was about to try the system reset, a few days ago, I tried it again first. Strangely, the app actually started to work....videos started etc.

(5) Told my wife this morning that it appears to be working now, she got 10minutes into a workout this morning (Apr 3rd), and it crashed back to dashboard. Shes nearly ready to give up on this APP and go back to buying DVDs instead.

THIS IS RIDICULOUS. MICROSOFT, this was one of the MAJOR REASONS we purchased the XBOX ONE (it was supposed to be more than just a gaming machine)....this should be a major priority to acknowledge the issue first...then give updates on the fix!!

 

It shuts down mid-workout in about one in three workouts for me. I wish there was a system that would cache stats every 5 minutes so I could reload to where I was in the workout.

 

Fitness was working just fine as recently as a couple of weeks ago, but when I tried to get this going again, it crashes, quite reliably, about 40 seconds after launch. Doesn't matter what I try to do (start a workout, navigate the library, let it sit there
on the Fitness home screen, etc), it crashes to the home screen. I have tried uninstalling it, rebooting it, then re-installing it. This was one of the main reasons we got the xbox one and now we can't even use it. I think we at least deserve a response from
a Microsoft rep because I've searched a bunch of forums on this and a lot of people seem to be having this problem.

 

Yup, been using the app for months and only recall one crash until this week, where it has crashed every one of my 10+ attempts to get a workout started. (April 4th/5th). It seems like the workouts are being streamed to us and makes me think it's a problem
on Microsoft's end. I hope they fix this quickly. This app needs to be rock solid with very minimal problems to keep people from dropping out of their workout routines.

 

Same for me. Crashed twice in a row on mossa fight 1 tonight. This happens frequently for me, and only on the fitness app, not that I use a lot others. Absolutely DISGUSTING that this happens on a machine I paid £425 for on day one and still not fixed. MS,
fix this for God's sake. This is your business and it should be perfected by now. Wish I'd only paid £212.50 for my Xbox 'half'.

 

its still happening. xbox support says they're aware of this problem but have yet to resolve the issue. Happens to mine about 30 seconds into the workouts

 

Xbox support told me to write about my issue to xbox forum. I have opened ticket for this problem, but it is still in progress. I have this problem for about month. App is crashing right after its title screen back to home screen. I also noticed that Kinect
starts after this crash act little weird (camera input is jittering, but infrared is wirking fine) and only reboot helps.

 

There are still major issues with this app. I've reset once because it reset my challenges and messed all my stamps up and it's messing up AGAIN !!! Either throws me out mid way through, I can cope with that, can start again, but when it throws me out
at the end of an Insanity workout and I go back and the challenge is ticked but I get no stamps or credit for said challenge it is very disheartening. Why are you not fixing these problems microsoft ???

Some acknowledgement here would be nice too that you are actually aware and are trying to fix these issues !!!
