Xbox Fitness Crashes Mid Workout

I just did a factory reset on my xbox. Installed xbox fitness beta and it is still crashing.

I am also having this same issue. Doesn't happen all the time, but this is the third time it has happened to me mid workout. Now im just getting my chair all covered in sweat having to type this into a forum. I don't have that skylanders issues noted in
the other thread either. I love the idea of xbox fitness, but the mid-workout crash is really starting to turn me off of it.

Xbox Fitness crashes mid workout all the time. Currently it's hard to make it through even a 10 minute workout without it crashing to the home page. PLEASE FIX. It ruins the work out and you don't record your points. Games/Apps should not be crashing
frequently. The crashing to dashboard problem is by far the most widespread problem. There are countless posts about it. PLEASE FIX!

 

It's driving me crazy. The whole reason I started using the app was to get the ability to mix up my workouts and it's a paperweight if I get 20 minutes through and then end up having to go for a run anyway.

I worked with support yesterday and they walked me through the power dump and deleting and reinstalling.

First workout today.... 20 minutes in and boom! Gone.

I am going to try shotgunbilly's profile deletion fix. Fingers crossed.

 

STILL NOT fixed. ETA on a fix please ??? Since messing up the update the 'LIVE status' page hasn't changed !!!

 

It used to buffer when the connection was slow. I can deal with the buffering but not just crashing. I saw another thread about slowness. Maybe they need to make away to download the videos locally.

 

This has happened to me multiple times as well.

 

This is unacceptable. Can we just agree that streaming the same videos over and over again is not working and that it should be storing workouts locally. At first it was constant buffering now it's simply crashing out of the workouts. Terrible experience.
Terrible console. Total cluster.

 

Having same issues. Happening after hard reboot and everything. Have the XBOX ONE machine for a week or so. Crashes almost everytime. Got a completed workout only once!

The Fitness app is the main reason we bought this console.

Microsoft, pls fix this! Many of your users are having this problem!

Or we will return our unit to the store while we still can within the receipt period.

Just happened to me at the end of Mossa Fight 1. 2 minutes left, not using it again until it's fixed

 

After the updates today for Xbox Fitness, I just saw the home page of the apps for few sec and it crashes, every time when I load the apps it crashes on home page after few sec. I just bought xb1 for this app and now this is what I got.

 

I got the update. did a hard reboot (Holding power button for about 5ecs) and it has worked for 4 workouts now.

 

Keep in mind I did a factory reset and only have xbox fitness installed at the momment.

 

Oh and the TV running through the cable box.
