Xbox Fitness crashes after few seconds

    Xbox Fitness crashes after few seconds


    After the update on March 20th, every time I play Xbox Fitness it crashes after few seconds and brings me back at the Xbox home page.

    I like this game and I want to workout but unfortunately I can't get it work since that date.

    Microsoft Support, any thoughts on recovering this app and stamp cards soon?

    Xbox Fitness updated--lost all my progress

    with the new update the progress are ok, but now when I open xbox fitness, the app crashes after few seconds and bring me at the home page

    we need a new patch immediatly.

    After the updates today for Xbox Fitness, I just saw the home page of the apps for few sec and it crashes, every time when I load the apps it crashes on home page after few sec. I just bought xb1 for this app and now this is what I got.

    I tried to play this Wednesday and finally it worked just fine. I did nothing but start the game. I hope this remain like this.

    I resolved the issue myself, it was a conflict after Xbox Fitness crashed. I did a hard reboot, held the power button for 5 seconds, then unplugged the console for 10 seconds. Upon rebooting it worked fine.

    Thank you for responding. Unfortunately your advices didn't work. A windows reinstall isn't an acceptable option for me.

    By trying to open the xbox game companion i recieve the error : 0x87DD0005 might this help?
