Xbox Fitness bandwidth issues

More and more lately when in the middle of a workout the video hangs and then says insufficient bandwidth. Even if I "try again" it just stays frozen until I exit out. Frustrating when the whole point of a workout is to keep moving the whole time and keep
your heartrate up. I have never had a bandwidth issue with any other app (Netflix, Amazon, Crackle etc) - only Fitness.

Anyone else come across this? I can't imagine what I would check on my end since everything else works fine...

Xbox Fitness Internet Connection Errors Every Time

I just did 75% of the P90X Plyometric workout and the Insufficient Bandwidth issue appeared. It exited out of Xbox Fitness and asked me to check my connection. Xbox Fitness lost all of my stats for that workout, a good 45 minutes worth of hard work and exercise.
This isn't the first time and it's extremely frustrating. I had just started using Xbox Fitness again and now I remember why I stopped using the game a couple of months ago.

Whoever is in charge of Xbox Fitness needs to clean this app up quickly. Random crashes, lost stamps at the end of workouts, insufficient bandwidth disconnecting the app and losing entire workouts, invalid configuration file, blank screens, not recognizing
exercises, etc. Beta projects have less issues than this.

 

Xbox Fitness Questions

I'm getting the insufficient bandwidth error so often (every couple of minutes) it is rendering Xbox Fitness useless.

 

Having the exact same issue.

Really enjoy the app when it works but I need it to work everytime otherwise it will put me off.

I have a 100 meg connection and when it hung the last time I did a speedtest on the xbox dashboard.

I was getting over 40 meg so the was definitely nothing wrong with my bandwidth.

It needs sorted, or at least let us download the videos and check in online before using them.

I've tweeted xbox support too but as yet no reply.

 

I have no idea how that happened.

Same problem here. I couldn't exercise today. I'm in love with this app. Please fix those issues as soon as possible.

 

Same thing for me. I usually keep trying again until it finally resumes, which at its worst took almost 5 minutes. Seems like it's worse during periods of peak usage, i.e. Saturday mid-morning was the absolute worst I've seen it - paused 4 times during
a 30 minute workout!
