Xbox Fitness - Azure Server Error

Hi all, When I try to boot Xbox Fitness it sits on a black screen and then the error appears which says Azure Server Error - Xbox Fitness was unable to retrieve configuration data. I've tried rebooting my internet, all other apps /games are fine. I've uninstalled
and reinstalled xbox fitness but no luck. the status oage current says it is onllinr. Any other ideas?! Thanks

Hi, is anyone else having issues opening xbox fitness? I keep getting a message saying azure server error, xbox fitness was unable to retrieve configuration data.

Hello there! I haven't run into this myself, but from what I can find from others, you may be able to get past this by going to Settings, Disc & Blu-ray, Persistent Storage, Clear Persistent Storage. Do this 3 times in a row, then open the guide, go to the
settings tab, then Restart console. When it boots back up, try playing again and see if you get the same error.

If that doesn't work, uninstall the game, go to the settings tab again, but go to Turn off console, then unplug the power from the back for 2 minutes. Plug it back in, boot it, and reinstall the game and try it again.

 

I'm having the same problem. Your post is the only post or information I can find regarding this issue.

I couldn't get on either, kept trying though. Eventually I got on a few minutes ago and started to play. Had some bandwidth problems which has never happened before... It let me play for about 5 minutes, then it kicked me out. I'm now back to the Azure Server
error pg...

Why are Xbox not showing this as a problem on their site yet?

 

Please go to Settings >> Disc & Blu-ray >> Persistent Storage >> Clear Persistent Storage. Please do this three times.

Clearing the persistent storage worked for me! I did it 3 times like suggested.

Has anyone found a solution for this yet? I've tried powering down my console and clearing the persistent storage and still getting the same error message? Xbox Fitness was unable to retrieve configuration data.

 

Still not working, tried the above fix, and re-installing it.. This is crap..

 

It's the next day and the "azure server error" is gone again, the game lets me play for about 3 or 4 minutes then stops. It says I don't have enough bandwidth... I don't know why it says this as my bandwidth has been unchanged and the game has worked up
until yesterday. All other internet features seem to be working fine, Netflix, internet, blah blah blah, just xbox one fitness after 3-4 minutes. I'm hoping MS are at least looking at these forums and keeping an eye on what's working and not....
