    xbox fitness app not showing video


    hello all

    i didnt see a specific forum for fitness app so i hope i am in the right place. I went to use the fitness app and when i play any of the videos the audio plays but i see nothing. now at first i thought it may be an hdmi issue but i can see everything around
    the video like my stats and where the kinect can see me also all blu rays play and games play its just this apps videos. I deleted and re installed app as well as re seating my hdmi just in case and also tried various HDMI ports and cords still have the same
    issue. has anyone seen this before. Please advise thank you

    Question to microsoft: what is the minimum bandwith to play xbox fitness ?

    I joined xbox live gold for xbox fitness app. But now i can not run the xbox fitness app. Because the video stops all 10 seconds. I have a 3 mbit connection. Is this to less for xbox fitness ? What can i do ? Is there a disc ?

    Xbox Fitness is kicking back to home screen

    Downloaded Xbox Fitness app using trial Live Gold account. App successfully downloaded, but each time I start it, it displays "Fitness" logo and then returns to home screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled the Fitness app with no effect. Rebooted the console
    by pressing Xbox button for 5 seconds and waiting 30 second before restart - also did not help.

    Does anyone know how to fix this?

    But for now, please head over to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and click on Clear Persistent Storage 3 times then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    This should solve your video problem.

    But for now, please head over to Settings>Disc & Blu Ray and click on Clear Persistent Storage 3 times then hold the power button on the console for 10 seconds until it shuts down.

    This should solve your video problem.

    Are they videos you uploaded the the xbox? If so, they might not fit the video formats for the xbox.

    4. Select the 'Show Me' option in the top left hand corner
