Xbox Fitness - 0x838601e7

When I try Xbox Fitness, I get the following message:

Something went wrong,

Give it another try, let us know if this happens against by entering 0x838601e7 at xbox.com/errorhelp so we can investigate.



I have clicked the "Try Again" button five times. I keep getting the "Something went wrong" screen.

I have clicked the "Use Offline" button five times. Each time Xbox Fitness will act like its loading but will not run. I am stuck at the load screen with the loading circle.

In the past, I have been stuck at the load screen with the loading circle. I would use the "quit xbox fitness" from the home screen and turning off the xbox. When I try to start Xbox Fitness again, I get the "Something went wrong" window again.

AT&T Uverse is my internet provider.

Switched on xbox one,trying to play fifa17, it then tries to sync data and fails at 70% with error

I continued troubleshooting the problem and fixed the issue.

Settings->System->Storage->Clear local saved games

I tried Xbox Fitness and the game re-synced successfully and was able to use the game.

I checked storage usage after "clearing locally saved games". "44.7% full" 201GB used out of 349GB.

Xbox Fitness started working after I did the following.

 

If I clear local saved, will all my games start from the beginning
