    Xbox film&TV season pass problem


    I recently purchased the season passes for Big Bang Theory and Brooklyn Nine-Nine, but it is only showing episodes 11 and 4 respectively even though more recent episodes have aired in the uk and USA for both. Anyone able to help?

    From the FAQ for this offer, which is directly linked on the tracker on your MyRewards page:

    Which content is eligible for this offer?You must spend at least £75 including VAT on qualifying MyVIP content from the Xbox Store and Microsoft Movies & TV during the offer period. Most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including
    full Games on Demand titles (game pre-orders do NOT qualify), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game season passes, themes and avatar items. From Microsoft Movies & TV, qualifying content includes films, TV programmes, and TV seasons.
    However, in-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards do not qualify.

    Since your purchase was a pre-order, it did not qualify. Pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions do not qualify for MyVIP.

    TV, Movies, and MyVIP?

    So the FAQ says TVs and Movies are eligible for MyVIP but NOT Microsoft Movies and TV Season Passes. I understand TV Season Passes, but where do movies stand in all this? I'm confused and would appreciate clarification. I assume TV episodes that are not
    Season Passes are also eligible?

    Last Night on TV not showing what was on last night...

    I'm having the same problem with the same shows. I've been trying to figure out if its because I didn't buy a season pass. If that were the case, is "last night on TV" only be for season pass holders?

    Yeah. I've been purchasing season passes for a while now and never had a problem until now. This season of Breaking Bad has been unacceptable. every episode has been late. I won't be buying any more TV shows through Xbox.

    Purchased movies stop playing after a minute error code 0x80190190

    I have been having the same issue for the past few days both with the Films & TV on both Xbox One's and also our Windows10 computers.

    The 0x80190190 error appears within 1 minute of starting a movie or tv show.

    The problem happens on all internet connections (both at home and at work).

    There is definitely a problem with the Films & TV video service.

    In other words: is the TV Show Season Pass a permanent purchase, or temporary rental?
