    Paul from the Xbox Forums Team here to assist, it would seem that you're experiencing an issue with launching FH4. I definitely understand how frustrating this can be. To better assist with the issue can you please inform us as to what the PC Specifications
    are. Is it able to meet the minimum requirements for FH4. As well do you have any background apps or antivirus running.

    This is not really a FH4 problem but a Xbox problem. It is just that fh4 uses the same connection as xbox live and party connection

    I am receiving the same issue, and out of the many of the currently active games I play, FH4 is the only one I can't connect to. I'm starting to wonder if they pulled the servers with the launch of FH5? Are there any public statements that would indicate that the servers are still up?

    Hi,

    Unfortunately your machine doesn't meet the minimum requirements to run FH4. You've only got 4GB of RAM and most likely only an integrated graphics processor in the form of an Intel HD 3000.

    This hardware isn't enough to boot the game, regardless of other possible missing software components.
