    Hi, my problem on my Xbox live account is that it will not allow me to sign in online. Prior to this incident, I took myself out of the family I was connected to on xbox. The problem that I was not aware of was that my account still had to be managed by
    someone older than me. I have tried using my same parents account but it is saying that no service can be done for that at this time. The reason why I wanted to be out of the family was to make small adjustments to my account since they were a little out dated
    for me and my current age. It would be extremely helpful if someone could help me out before the holidays so that I may continue having fun with my friends on Xbox live. Any info is useful, thank you.

    http://account.xbox.com     under Security, family & forums by selecting Privacy settings in the Privacy and online safety category. Here you can manage several profiles from one location.

    When I click on the link it says it found a glitch in the system and will let me go no further I will try a few other things but thank you for the help.

    Here ia the Xbox Support page for Xbox One Family Settings. There you should find help to do whatever you need to do. There is no way
    to reset family settings. But if you are having trouble with any accounts in your family you should find the solution there.
