Xbox family settings and family web page sync issues

You have to go into your Xbox settings.Follow these steps.

This is going to take you to microsoft.com family and you will see your family and everyone profiles. It gives you all kinds of options at the bottom of the page. I will say this if you continue to have an issue then I would say to delete the profile altogether
and recreate a new one.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
Go to System > Settings.
Under Account, select Family settings > Manage family members.
Select the account for the family member whose settings you want to change, and then select Web filtering. Choose the appropriate setting you wish to have.

Solution 2: Adjust your family settings

Family settings can block the display of content that is rated lower than the setting for the console. Make sure that content is not hidden because of your family settings. You can adjust your settings either using your Xbox 360 console or online.

Sign in to the account that’s having the issue, go to the Settings hub, and select Family.

If you have set a Family Settings pass code, enter your code.

Select Restricted Content.

Adjust your family settings online

Go to the My Account page.

Click Sign In on the top right corner of the page to sign in to your Xbox LIVE account.

Under Settings & Preferences, click Privacy and Online Settings.

Click the Adult tab
